Delete from the app
You can delete your account directly inside the Around app:
- Open the Around app
- Go to Profile (bottom navigation)
- Tap Edit Profile
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
- Type DELETE to confirm
Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed.
Delete by email
If you are unable to access the app, send a request to support@getaround.app with the subject Delete my account from the email address linked to your Around account. We will process your request within 7 days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile – name, photo, bio, district, languages
- Your events and applications
- Your chat messages
- Your push notification token
Reviews left by other users about you may be retained in anonymised form for platform integrity purposes.
