What data we collect
- Account data – name, email address, profile photo, bio, district, languages you speak.
- Event data – title, description, date, time, address, cover photo, and settings you choose when creating an event.
- Application messages – text you write when applying to an event (visible to the host only).
- Chat messages – messages in event group chats (visible to all accepted participants).
- Push notification token – a device token used to send you notifications, collected only if you grant permission.
Why we collect it
We collect only what is needed to run the platform – creating accounts, displaying events, processing applications, enabling chat, and sending notifications. We do not collect data for advertising and do not sell your data to anyone.
Who has access to your data
- Other users – your name, photo, bio, district, and languages are visible to other logged-in users. Your chat messages are visible to accepted event participants.
- Supabase – our database and auth provider, hosted on AWS in Frankfurt (EU). supabase.com/privacy
- Vercel – web app hosting. vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy
- Firebase (Google) – push notifications on Android. policies.google.com/privacy
- Apple – push notifications on iOS. apple.com/legal/privacy
- Nominatim / OpenStreetMap – address search when creating events. Only the address text you type is sent; no personal data is stored by them.
What we do not collect
- GPS location or continuous location tracking
- Payment card or banking data (Around processes no payments)
- Data from users under 18
Cookies
The website uses one essential cookie: sb-[ref]-auth-token – a Supabase session token that keeps you logged in. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
Your rights (GDPR)
As a user in the EU, you have the right to:
- Access your data – email us and we will provide what we have
- Correct your data – edit directly in the app (Profile → Edit Profile)
- Delete your account and data – in the app (Profile → Delete Account) or via our account deletion page
- Object to processing – contact us at the address below
You can also lodge a complaint with UODO (Polish data protection authority): uodo.gov.pl
